1 /5 Heidi Culver: She messed up on my hair color. No showed to our scheduled appointment to have it corrected, said she would just give me a refund. I waited for her and left crying and so upset about this ugly hair color. Everything she did was the opposite of what I asked. I wanted light color, layers and cut into a v shape. Hella dark mermaid hair, yellow streaks, no layers and cut stright across. TO THIS DAY, NO APOLOGIES AND ZERO REFUND. She ruined my week visiting my family and my hair. Never ever would recommend her again. Another 250.00 to have it corrected by someone who knows what their doing! Give me my money back lisa. You owe it to me!!
