1 /5 stacey nyamusi: Nice atmosphere well maintained and a good location but the staff was not friendly, nor could understand what I was saying…the main part here it comes after showing a picture of what exactly I wanted to do they do the opposite n half way through the process they want to charge me 10 bucks more!!!!!! After charging me $55 for gel manicure.

1 /5 Darlene Kodur: I use to come here years ago. They did a good job then. I recently went, altho the staff was polite, they work work on many people at the same time, which is annoying because you are paying for a service(an expensive service, now a days), and are always waiting for them to come back to you. They no longer do any kind of design, such as flowers. I did a french tip, which they charge extra for, and she did it all crooked. I am very particularly about it all being straight and even. I will never go back. They place is also dirty. They dont clean the tubs in between customers, only a plastic liner. They dont use clean tools/ scrubbers in between customers. That is how you can get fungus and infections on nails and skin. Most important reason not to go here.

1 /5 datsukei: Honestly if 0 stars were a thing, this establishment would deserve that. I remember going there for a haircut and the lady messes up big time. She cuts all the dyed hair so Im left with my boring black hair, then she also makes it too short after I asked her to stay below my eyebrows. I came out looking like actual trash, she gave me a mullet and that is not what I asked for. Of course I paid, but it was such a horrific experience. My mother also went there and the lady messed up her hair as well. They are lazy and careless and dont even pay attention to what you as a customer want. If can, dont go here or settle on this place. Absolute rubbish!!

1 /5 Marlene Silva: ZERO STARS Worst experience ever!!!! I came in to get my nails and the way the attended me was very unprofessional. In the middle of my set the lady left to go attend someone else and a different lady came to finish off her . She ended up rushing me and leaving me with clumpy nails!!!!! The job was horrible. I told her that this is not worth $35.00 and she kept arguing with saying it is. I told her to redo my nails and she slammed the pay book in front of me. When she started redoing my nails she was very aggressive and started talking in her language with very upsetting facial expressions at me and because i previously worked off of tips, I know how it feels not get Tipped. I still managed to tip her but she aggressively snatched it out of my hand and did not say a word at all. I’ve had better sets for the same price but never have I ever received horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!!!!

4 /5 Mercedez Ali: It was okay. I did get cut when she did my nails but they were nice and tried to give me what i want. Could be better. Tea and water was offered. Atmosphere was a bit boring...
