I must say that my encounter with Helen was nothing short of a disaster. From her lack of skill and professionalism to her indifferent attitude, she turned what should have been a pleasant experience into a complete nightmare. I strongly advise against entrusting your hair to Helen at Le Joli Salon if you value quality and customer satisfaction.
