Oasis Nails & Spa - Pinole Sandy D: I’ve been a loyal customer at this nail salon for a long time. I enjoy their pedicure treatments and the wide variety of nail polish and gel colors available.
However, I had a negative experience on Saturday. Despite scheduling an appointment with my daughter, I was left waiting for over an hour because I did not schedule my appointment with a specific nail technician. Other clients who arrived after me and schedule appointments with a specific person, were seen and served by technicians. They in fact, walk to them. I understand is very busy on a Saturday, but this prioritization of those who arrived later than me was disappointing. I ended up canceling my appointment. By the way the person that is working at the cash register is very nice.
