5 /5 Brandon Tarter: I was lucky enough to have Thi Hoang as my cosmetologist. I had asked that she dye my hair silver, this was a challenge as I have dark brown hair. After bleaching it four times, I had expected my hair to be dead and textured like straw. Thi was already thinking 3 steps ahead, and when we were finished, my hair was still soft and as healthy as it could be (considering it was bleached four times). The color came out amazing! I would definitely recommend going to see her if you are looking to get your hair dyed!

5 /5 Mary: We wanted something both tricky and simple, basic washing and conditioning, while detangling and trimming an 11-year-olds thick and tangly hair. I wish wed gotten the name of the stylist for sure — Tea? — was very attentive and careful, my child felt cared for and grateful.

2 /5 Cindy Yorza: I have been very happy with their work from the first time I move to Fremont. I even recommended this place to my employees! I tried some other salon and always came back here for the price and the customer service until recently. I did Keratin straightening. I have done this many times before in other countries, and the straightening always stays until my next hair grows (without changing my shampoo, extra treatment or extra work). But this salon told me, it would only last 5 months, and I had to do blablabla to keep it. I didnt mind that much. Its been 1.5 weeks and the bottom of my hair already starts to wave (my natural hair). TOBEHONEST, I love how it looks. It frames my face, it gives volumes, its so soft and smooth. However, I am not happy with the price I have paid. Its not cheap and for my hair to curl so quickly, I would like some compensation. I dont have time to sit another 4-5 hours for treatment and completely re-do my hair, so I asked for a half refund instead, and I said I would do the Keratin again in a few months after it completely goes back to normal. The attitude they give me after is.. disappointing, to say the least. They said, it was because I touched my hair that it went back to normal and accused me of not using Keratin shampoo. I couldnt even book my next appointment because they just flat out said "we are busy" Mind you, I dont do anything to my hair ever on a regular basis. I dont own any curler, any straightener. I dont even have a blow dryer. I only comb them after I wash my hair. I do the bare minimum for my hair. I even bought whole new shampoo for this. I am very disappointed for them to accuse me bunch of things at the end. I felt so bad and guilty at first too. I guess I am not coming back here again. Time to find a new place to go....

4 /5 Cristina Mendoza Valdes: Gone there three times already- for waxing and hair cut (me) and my little sister (facial). Helen is amazing! Very kind, professional and waxing technique is very good. Going to see her in acouple weeks. The lady that did my hair was also very nice and did a good job. I am going to go back and try for hair coloring too
