5 /5 Ann Smith: Excellent first time experience. The salon was gorgeous, the service was great, my hairdresser Tori was amazing, and of course, I loved my hair! She did an incredible job. I definitely know where to go to get my hair done now.

5 /5 Dr. Shivali Panchal Gruer: Kaitlyn was the perfect stylist for me. She’s calm, knowledgeable and so kind. I’ve been other places where I’ve felt rushed or judged, but I felt like I was in the most perfect hands. She listened to my suggestions and understood what I was looking for. The salon itself if luxuriously spacious, clean and beautifully decorated.

4 /5 Bhatia Meghna (Fae Lazuli): I really enjoyed getting my hair cut by Kaitlyn. She took the time to listen to me and gave me suggestions that resulted nicely. She was so kind and very caring. I am so sad that she is moving because I was really looking to become one of her regulars. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars and not a 5 star review is because I was unhappy with the treatment I received from the person who checks you in and out for your service. She didnt greet me when I walked in and simply asked who I was supposed to see for the service. Afterwards when I was checking out, I had to ask her the same question multiple times because she kept shrugging the question off. I found this very odd. My stylist also left a card for me with a recommendation for a new stylist as she will be moving soon. The person at the desk didnt give me the card. I had to ask her if the card was for me. Again, odd. I know that these things are not necessarily a bid deal and this will not prevent me from making a future appointment. Its just that when you book a service, you expect to be treated kindly with a friendly smile from all. That was the only thing missing from this experience.

I had my previous stylist for 40 years and thought changing would be hard but my hair feels better and looks healthier than it has in a long time. Im genuinely thrilled with my change.
