5 /5 Bin: 2miles easy hiking for the lake loop. The weather are really good even in August. I went there in a weekend morning and is not crowd at all. It seems to be a quiet and clean area. I will come to here everyday if i live close enough.

3 /5 Giang Nguyen: This is a large piece of green space, which is always a great resource for surrounding communities. There are picnic areas, an outdoor exercise area, restrooms, plenty of geese and ducks. Primarily the park serves as a spot for my runs, and generally it deserves a 4 ⭐ rating, but today Im giving 3 ⭐ because a huge picnic area is flooded. See photos.

3 /5 JT McManmon: This was clearly a very nice park at one time. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained. The park contains lots of parking, all around the perimeter of the park. There are mostly nice trails surrounding the lake and other picnic areas and fields. However, some of the trail is closed and all of the piers are blockaded. Perhaps the biggest disappointment is that the lake itself is off limits. When I was there, on a Sunday morning in June, the water park was closed, and the large skate and bike park were also closed. The one feature that did have some nice community activity was the outdoor fitness area that had fitness equipment. Overall, the park was a bit of a let down but would be good for hosting a BBQ or playing games in the field. Hopefully the proper investment needed brings the park back to its glory soon.
