Erin Milleru bqi: I have been to plenty of nail salons in riverside and have not very good experiences. I tried out top ten nails hoping to have a better experience. I was not disappointed. Their customer service was excellent. They were all polite and friendly. Mindy did my full set and I asked her to do a very time consuming and kind of difficult design I found on TikTok, I explained to her that Valentine’s Day was also my birthday and 5 year anniversary and she went above and beyond to do the design I asked for and took her time and was very thorough. My nails not only came out beautiful but even better than the picture I showed her. She was so kind and caring and absolutely made my day. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done.
Jasmine Clark: This was my first and LAST time here, PLEASE save yourself the time and money and go anywhere but here. Horrible service!!!!!! Absolutely horrible, I left in TEARS. I came in after a full 8 hours of work and simply wanted a gel French Tip, mani/ pedi on my classic nails.. no acrylic, no gel x, just classic. Upon arrival an older gentleman started working on my feet, my big toe was chipped and WITHOUT ASKING, he was putting glue on my toe and about to put dip/acrylic. I absolutely am against these products because they have caused fungus on my toe and so l asked him not to. He immediately started going off in their language, and I shouldve known red flag but I proceeded.
Meanwhile a woman was working on my hands and as she was cutting my cuticles cut me. NEVER apologized and left me bleeding, I had to ask for a napkin to which she grabbed a towel and wiped the dripping blood off. Again, I politely asked for a napkin and she passed me the smallest corner piece of one. Red flag two! Back to the man shaping my toes, they were all crooked, he didnt even attempt to make a square shape. I knew then I wasnt going to get my toes done and asked him to please stop and I dont want color on my toes. Back to my hands the lady wasnt doing the French tip how I liked and I was vocal about it, however I had already been sitting there for 1 hour 45 minutes.. she really said "if you dont like, I wont do for you, I wont take the money" lady what? I have 7 nails done and youre not going to finish? Ill literally never ever come back here. Luckily I was raised to never leave an establishment without paying, but BOY did I wanna up and leave and not leave a coin. Service is HORRIBLE
Cass Stone: Lady didn’t CLIP my cuticles she YANKED them . I kept having to pull my hands away . Air bubbles but I can’t get a good pic . I was really hoping to like tHis place bc it was so close . They were atleast nice . My index finger on my right han hurts tho
Nella Caron: They did my grandmas nails. The lady was careful with her feet. She was attentive. I highly recommend this location. Plus, payment can be done with a card. Most locations require cash.
Noe Rojo: I love this place. This is my 3 time and they been doing a fantastic job . And they dress up like normal people to make you feel more welcome . They even have a little toy cat so cute.
