2 /5 Smart Jinan (Ji-Ji): I expected better based on the rating. I will say that they got to me fairly quick as a walk in but it took time to explain what I wanted and I still had to settle for something I didnt exactly want. The design I wanted, I showed them before even being assigned a tech, so I assumed Id be given to someone who could do it. I was not. She tried, but its like no real pride was taken in the execution and even cut me with the file. My hands are not wonky, theyre very easy to create an even design on. Unfortunately, my nails came out looking like gumby. Theyre uneven, the polish is sub par, and there is dust in the polish. Its not smooth, and theres a bubble in the polish on my thumb. Worst of all, it hasnt even been a week and theyre already lifting and snagging my clothes and hair. I would go back and ask them to fix it, but I feel like itd be a waste. Im already mad I tipped, but I am the type to show appreciation for the effort people put in. I just wish I wouldve spoken up more despite fear of being talked about in a language I dont understand. Not saying that occurred, but I wouldnt know.
