Something else that sets her experience apart for me is her brief intake form before the appointment, asking me what drink or snack Id like, what energy level Id like for the appointment, and a few more easy questions she uses to help customize the experience to me.

Adam Osborn: I had a 1pm appointment. I am new to the area and had no idea how bad downtown parking was. I called to let them know I would be 5 minutes late. It took longer to find parking than I realized. I was 15 minutes late. They refused service and charged me $20 for not showing up. I asked to reschedule but they would not waive the $20 fee. The receptionist was extremely rude. I felt unwelcome and the receptionist couldnt care less about me as a customer. STAY AWAY unless you want to be treated terribly.
