Ive been coming here for a few months and love the quality of their work. However, I wanted to leave a 4-star review because they are not accommodating to loyal clients who have scheduling conflicts. I booked my appointment this morning mistakenly for same day, when I meant to schedule for tomorrow (Tuesday). I immediately called and texted to let them know, but they told me if I didnt show up I would be charged for the service as a cancellation fee. Just a heads up for anyone -- make sure to be on top of your schedule! Otherwise, love their work.

Oiuna was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. The attention to detail was impressive, and the products they used felt high-quality. My nails look amazing, and the whole experience was so relaxing.
