5 /5 Amber Adams: and my daughter went in for our hair to be highlighted and it turned out bad for both of us my hair is white on one side and yellow on the other side and spots of color around my whole head its so messed up we went back to have it fixed and it turned out just as bad the second time i wished it could be fixed so it didnt look so bad !! Very Disappointed with our hair!!!!!! We paid. 600 for messed up hair!!

2 /5 jeremy ballard: Been coming here for years and Lydia usually cuts my hair. If she’s not there I ask the owner (Michael) to cut it. Today someone else cut my hair and I asked for a fade. Not only was it uneven but the barber also didn’t fade one side of my head at all. I drove home and wife noticed it and I looked in mirror more.. so I drove back and asked for a 1 because I was afraid it wasn’t gonna be done right, I didn’t want to tell the owner and show the picture of it infront of who cut my hair cause there were other customers waiting for a haircut. I have pictures of my hair but there’s no option to post it.

Lizbeth Orozco: When I got my hair done by Andrea, it was the first time I’d ever died my hair, virgin hair. I wanted a gray halo but walked out with an uneven color, looking blonde in some parts, and in others somewhat gray. She offered for her to do another session to fix it, which is the part I don’t understand?? If you know you messed up, you should’ve fixed it without a charge. I had gone in originally thinking I was going to pay $150 total but I paid $220. Looking back, i wish I didn’t pay for my hair results that i didn’t even like. Since then, i haven’t gotten my hair done or plan to since it was a bad first time experience. Not to mention that I was also there on my appointment time at 9am but she hadn’t opened and had me waiting 10minutes. I’m not from Turlock, so it was unfair on me that I made sure i was there on time but they can open later than the scheduled time. My sister had also gotten her hair done by her before but since what I wanted was something easier, she imagined that Andrea would’ve been able to do it. My sister told me that she stopped going to her because she would always say “next time, I’ll do this” because she could never get her hair bright enough. What you’re paying is not worth it !!

Shelly: Erin did a great job in getting my tense muscles to relax. She uses good pressure, but if its too hard, just be sure to speak up. She is considerate and accommodating to your needs, and checked a few times regarding the pressure. I highly recommend her as she was professional, didnt try to pitch me on anything, and overall the massage was very relaxing. Also, She did try a paraffin hand bath, but it was too hot for me.

My hair always turns out brassy and yellow and Ive wasted my time and monty. I shared my concerns with Caitlin and ended up with a beautiful (but easy to maintain) hair cut and color that I absolutely love! A couple months later and it still looks great! My husband and kids also get their hair cuts from Caitlin. 100% recommend.
