1 /5 Jaylan Johnson: If you want pediatricians that will get worked up with your anxious child after a head injury, this is the place for you! My child has a reasonable reaction of unease when it comes to doctor’s office, she is 4. My issue is with how the staff in office handled this unease. It became them telling her if she wasn’t still they’d send her to the hospital to be stitched up with a big needle, or even them attempting to cover her mouth because she was screaming. This is unfair to her, and overall a horrible experience. Even after enduring this, she was given no pain medication, no instructions for after care. Just a crudely placed glue and bandages with a few stickers. A pediatrician with no patience is INSANE! No wonder the place was empty. We will not be back.

5 /5 Molly Crabtree: We love Dr. Bekarev. She is a wonderful pediatrician and takes the time to talk you through every thing. I found KMC pediatrics by just calling around for my son’s circumcision and I’m so thankful I found them. I immediately switched pediatricians once I met her. She is friendly, calm, informative, and intelligent. I never feel rushed at appointments and I like that the office is fairly quiet. Their front desk ladies are great too! My family feels very blessed to have found KMC pediatrics and Dr. Bekarev!

2 /5 Britney Rodriguez: Ever since my son has been a patient here the Doctors were short staffed so he would see a different Dr almost every time which I was understanding about and never complained. Today 1/9/23 he had an appointment with Dr Mandviwala for 10:15 am but I was running just a few minutes late, I called ahead to inform them and they said it was no issue as long as I was there by 10:30am but I was never informed about the location change. On the website and on google it still says the old address so that’s where I showed up to only to find an empty building with the new address on the door. I arrived at 10:17am but by the time I got my son back in the car and called again to update the receptionist of what happened is she was very uncaring and said that the grace period is firm and that my son would not get seen today because I was 1 minute passed the grace period even though it was a failure on their part for not updating their patients or their website with the new address. She told me that it didn’t matter and that she could reschedule me but that I shouldn’t bother even coming inside that they were booked solid. She was extremely short with me and even raised her voice over the phone when I asked if their was any exceptions that I already spent time and money driving around in the rain and his appointment was a quick routine check up but she was just rude and dismissive. I will now be switching his pediatrician office just based off of how she spoke to me on the phone.

5 /5 Taitam Bowen: The front desk ladies are super sweet, and super attentive to all my needs, and questions. It’s very cleanly, and super kid friendly inside! The pediatrician my son saw was also super informative, and she answered all my questions that I had. Overall a 5 star racing for this one, TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!
