When my car was deemed a total loss by my insurance he went well above and beyond to help me look at understand all my options and not be bullied by insurance adjusters. He even would not allow them to pick up my car until I had a chance to come and collect my belongings (and say my goodbyes). I currently have no car but when I have my next one, I’ll be bringing it here.
