5 /5 Vika Dmitriyeva: This is honestly the only place I trust with my life, I mean my car. Everything was seamless from the moment a tree fell on my car, (funny now, not when it happened) taking out the entire back of it, including wiper and all when the storms started. Arthur (the owner) is the most professional and pleasant person to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make my Porsche SUV look literally brand new. They do an incredible job and really make sure to take care of their customers. He even fixed a few other small things I needed, I felt very grateful and pleasantly surprised. Very timely and amazing service. 10/10! Thank you very much!

1 /5 Robert Penna: Kar Masters gave me the runaround and I won’t be coming back again. Arthur seems like a charismatic and cool guy, but beyond the smiles and nice cologne, I received nothing positive in terms of diagnostics. Arthur led me on to believe that my car would be in good hands. I returned the next day when he said the car was ready. I asked Arthur if the mechanic was around, and he said the mechanic was absent (how convenient). And when I asked questions about what they did to my car, Arthur said he wasn’t present when the mechanic was working on it (how convenient). There was no hard evidence that they did anything to my car; and that’s probably why Arthur didn’t charge me for anything. I drove my car out of the lot, and the check engine light turned on. Waste of time. I do not recommend this place.
