1 /5 Kymberly Marie: Rude, unprofessional, and very unpredictable. STEVE has no consideration, professionalism, and has very rude/poor customer service. My car was left there for 2 weeks going on three. I brought my car in knowing it needed a new radiator. In which at first they sated they wouldnt charge me for doing a diagnosis on it. After 2 weeks I had expected my car to be more than ready with a new radiator, I hadnt known since I had not gotten one single phone call from them. Supposedly Steve had left for a week vacation and not told me, so my car had been sitting in their lot for a whole week with no maintenance done. My car was sitting so long it’s air suspension dropped completely to the ground. With being persistent calling to check on my car Steve had stated he “would no longer work on my car since I had stated he has poor communication skills” he then demanded me to pick up my car the same day and pay for the Radiator diagnosis. This place is a joke! Save you’re time & money.
