5 /5 Michel de oliveira: I was prepared to leave my car overnight for a rotor and brake pad replacement because I showed up at 540 and the shop closed at 6. After talking to John and going over the pricing, he had one of his mechanics Jose work his magic. John spoke to me and and said “ Hey man, we might have to replace your brake calipers, and that’s in twos…” Jose opened my stuck brake caliper, replaced my rotors and breaks in under an hour and a half. John and his staff’s hospitality and letting me know that they would get the job done and I would not have to do that… meaning I would not have to make accommodations for a way to work or and kind of inconvenience is next level. If they babysat, I would trust them to watch my kid so I could hit Hawaiian gardens in the day time! Thanks boys
