We were at the mercy of this mechanic. Well it was a Friday afternoon and need to get car repaired ASAP because my daughter needed the car for school and work the next day. Spoke to Sean and he told us the car would be ready by Monday morning. We explained our situation and he said not to worry. Had the car done in less then 24 hours. He didn’t take advantage of our bad situation. Very professional and extremely well priced. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Santa Ana area.

The lady who appears to be either the owner or manager saw me standing by my car several times and did not approach. She just kept being on her phone . Waited for 30 minutes no help . Someone pulled up out of nowhere and they were all approached and helped . Don’t come here if you want to be acknowledged and get service .

There is also a Chipotle nearby so I walked to get lunch while my car was being inspected. This was my first time coming to a mechanic as I am a new driver with my first car. I was really nervous about being upsold since I literally know nothing about cars but the manager, Henry, was honest and helpful. He never tried to upsell me on service I did not need. Because he is an expert with Japanese cars, I felt safe entrusting him with my baby 2017 Red Honda Civic EX-L. I was very impressed by his knowledge and he gave me tips on how to take care of my baby and how to keep it running smoothly for up to 20+ years. The pricing was way lower than going to the dealership. The most important factor was that I felt that I could trust Henry and I will continue to go to him! I will be back. My car is running perfectly now and my MPG is so damn high, almost 36mpg now! Thanks again Henry!
