Definetly will not go back. if you have a special event, MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM YOUR APPT multiple times so you dont have to go through the frustration I did on such an important day!!

Mia Young: I made an appointment with Jasmin on instagram for 5:30p and put down a $25 deposit to hold my spot. Since I work in Rancho Cucamonga, I was going straight there after work because I wanted the soonest available appointment and this was my first time going to see her. I had never been in the area before but I arrived at 5:30 where I was told by Jasmin that it would only be a couple minutes. However, I see a client in her chair with her hair still wet and she was in the process of cutting. I wasn’t told much else but I thought it wouldn’t take long since that was what I was told. I wait 40 minutes and she is only halfway done with blow drying the clients hair. Since it was already 6:15 I told her I needed to go as that was not my only errand that night. I received nothing but her asking if I wanted to reschedule to which I declined. It was very upsetting and frustrating as I had already made a financial commitment (a deposit I did not get back) and my time was wasted from the hour commute to get to the salon and the 40 minutes I waited and received no service. The lack of professionalism and communication was the biggest problem. I thought Jasmin posted beautiful work on social media but I could not commit to a stylist that did not tell me she would be over 15 minutes late to my service and offer to make the situation right. Very disappointed in Jasmin and the salon, I hope others have a better experience.
