I was given a clear explanation of the working and moving parts of the car to be fixed. Quality is important. After all a good mechanic provides safety to my family and myself when the car is well cared for. I greatly appreciate the friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend J&W.

5 /5 Ashley Corral: I recently took my car in to have my compressor replaced, along with a few other things Rafael suggested. He explained every part of the repairs several times to make sure I understood what he needed to do and why. While my car was at the shop I had a family emergency out of town that was extremely time sensitive. I called to get an update to see how soon I could get my car back, and explained what was going on. Rafael worked late that night and early the next morning to get my car finished so I could get where I needed to go as soon as possible. Unlike most shops, he followed up about a week later to check that everything was working properly. Absolutely recommend J & W for any automotive repairs. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

5 /5 Christina Pilliod: Right from the gate Rafael was warm and welcoming which was reassuring when trusting your car with any auto mechanic. He got my car ready to go in a reasonably timed manner and was really knowledgeable. When I was getting ready to leave I mentioned that I had a cleaning a few days before and my car seat had a bolt that fell out. Rafael went right out and checked it and was able to fix it because of the safety aspect. It’s clear he cares about his work and reputation as well as his customers. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

1 /5 Gary Dodd: Scammers, called with a list of repairs I needed a quote for. I was told without bringing my truck down so that they would charge me for a diagnostic there was no way theyd give me a quote. Complete scammers do not recommend

5 /5 Darrell Hicks: This place is great. Women don’t need to worry because Rafael would never take advantage of you. He fixed everything right the first time. It’s a relief to know I have a mechanic that I can trust.
