After taking my VW to TWO dealerships (Fresno and Clovis) who could not solve the problem, but were happy to take my money, I called these guys. Im new to the area so I was a little apprehensive at first.
Bob at the desk was able to tell me the likely problem over the phone - something that the dealers couldnt even do after charging me diagnostics fees and seeing the car themselves. He did his research, replaced some parts, cleaned out some carbon, and my car ran smoothly. I had my car back and running perfectly in a week for less than HALF of the estimates I was provided by the dealerships.
Now a year later Im bringing my car back there for a different problem. Just for fun, I called both dealerships to see if they could give me an estimate on repairs. They both provided me estimates well over $900, but J &T is fixing it for about half of that cost. I love these guys. Would recommend them to anyone.
