Isabel Miramontes: Worst costumer service. Been coming to this place for years since they do a great job with my eyebrows. I was just in but my 2 year old really needed to use the restroom I asked if we could use it and and they said no. I understand theres no public restroom but I am a customer. Theyve allowed me to use it when Ive gotten facials before. They just lost a returning costumer.
Lan Nguyen: Went in by appointment I made the day before and was greeted promptly and with kindness. I had two technicians take great care of me, one for pedi and one for dip manicure on my natural long nails. Hannah who applied my dip powder with design. And young guy who did my pedicure was very courteous and did a great job and left my feet looking brand new with a great brief massage and hot towel, which was very nice. I am very content with the outcome for both services and will be returning

Riki Kime: Kimmie is fantastic! I’ve been getting my nails done with her for over 5 years now. She has a great colour selection and will do fun nail art. She has a great eye for colour if you are unsure what you want, and her space is beautiful, clean and comfortable. She also does an amazing lash tint/lift as well.
Darina Pugacheva: I am surprised this place has a good rating. I spent two hours there: pedicure and manicure with gel. The person who did the pedicure couldn’t cut my nails. I had to ask her twice to cut them down only to understand she didnt cut them at all. She also couldn’t polish well. Polish looks like my nails grew out already. The French was ok but uneven. I asked for thin and got pretty thick. I don’t recommend
Liza Foster: I usually go to Top Nails and have had great experiences with the ladies nail techs, but I had a less-than-ideal experience with the guy tech. The first time he did my nails, I ended up with cuts around the cuticle that hurt for about a week. When I went back, I was hoping to get the lady but unfortunately, the guy was the only one available. I gave him a chance and while he didn’t hurt me as bad as before, he didn’t apply the dip powder properly. A few days later, there were cracks in the polish, and now my natural nails are starting to break coz he didn’t cover them with the dip powder well. I’m disappointed since I’ve had such great experiences with the ladies (my dip powder usually lasts for 3 weeks without any breakage) and I’ve been a loyal customer there.
