5 /5 Edward: Honestly, I havent felt as safe in any other auto shop compared to Highland Automotive. Romel took great care of my car and spoke to me honestly about any problems and didnt hide the costs with hidden fees or other nonsense. He is straightforward, honest, and hardworking. Other places would only use their machines with sensors to find problems with your engine, but Romel did the complete A-Z checkup and pinpointed the part I would need to change to pass a smog test for my 2001 Sienna. For those that complain about the price, just know this- you get what you pay for. And with Romel, he WILL take care of you and your car.
