5 /5 Marc Estonilo: Paul is the man! I recently brought in my 91 E30 after it failed smog, not really sure what was wrong. Paul took a quick look at the numbers and immediately knew what the issue was. He explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I left the car with him for a few hours, and before I knew it, I got the call that it was ready for pickup. In just one day, I went from failing smog to getting the necessary repairs, re-testing, and passing without any hassle. If youre looking for a reliable shop that knows European cars inside and out, I highly recommend this place!

5 /5 Jonathan Bleier: Paul was very pleasant to deal with to have my Mercedes e400 serviced there. They did a great job my car feels much better. I took my car to Paul instead of the dealer for the 50,000 mile service and my car feels like it did when I bought it. So I am very happy and have had no issues and think it was a fair deal. Thank you Paul and crew for taking care of me. Good job on my tune up.

4 /5 Mark Piersante: The first impressions when you walk into the office is that it is a rats, nest, disaster of paper and garbage. Its the most unorganized place. I think Ive ever seen in my life. I only bring my car there, because John Ryan works there and he has worked on my cars for many years. Previously at West Bay Bavarian, but I do wonder how they can possibly do good work out my car when you cant even find your way to the front desk of the office because theres so much crap piled everywhere and I mean everywhere. So Paul, if you ever read this clean up your office, it is a are making people not their business... and thats a fact...

3 /5 Dalton Deford: I want to preface by saying that everyone I spoke with was helpful and seemed to be genuine. That being said, the prices I was quoted and charged from this garage were very high. I brought my 2018 Audi e-tron for a 40k service and maintenance and was eventually quoted ~$2,700 total. The "service" was about ~$750 and the remaining ~$1,950 for maintenance like spark plugs, transmission fluid, brake fluid, etc. I felt the price was too high but ended up paying for the service as it had already been done, I decided to get a second opinion from another garage for the other maintenance. In the end, a Petaluma garage charged me $1,200 for the remaining repairs, bringing my total paid to $1,900. They were also shocked at the $750 I had been charged for the "service" here. Long story short, if I had gone to the Petaluma garage to start with I think I would have saved at least ~$800. I was convinced to go here by how many reviews mention the prices being very reasonable, or even cheap, which I find a little odd. I would recommend getting a second opinion if you feel like it seems high, maybe Marin is just more expensive.

5 /5 Noel Isaac: I had a suspected coolant leak in my Mercedes GLC300 (A warning message kept popping up on the display console). They ran all the tests and could not find any problem. The likely cause was insufficient coolant was added during the last major service a couple of months ago. Coolant topped up and no new warning messages. No charge for this check up. Excellent customer service.
