I usually tell her something vague such as "I want a natural easy care hairstyle", any questions after that, I literally tell her "whatever you think looks good." and I let her do her thing. She totally listens to what you want and even if you dont know she tries to help tease out what youre looking for. I never feel pressure from her and I ALWAYS get compliments! She sets my expectations on what shes be able to accomplish and gives me so many tips for how to take care of my hair post-dye. The entire salons culture feels so vibrant has a great energy. Her salon is very clean and kudos for her safety protocols in checking guests in and ensuring that equipment is wiped down between each use. She’s a great conversationalist, positive, engaging and really listens to what youre trying to do with your hair. Additionally she’s always timely, sends appointment reminders the day before and all around it’s a pleasurable and relaxing experience.
