Ruth has always been patient with me and my crazy coloring ideas. I always get compliments on my hair, in fact total strangers have complimented me on my hair. The salon itself has also recieved a substantial makeover of its own featuring a fun welcoming new color scheme, new equipment & furnishings, layout, & revamping of services available, some of which are hair, nails, coloring, & waxing. The new luxurious pedicure chair is awesome and a more focused array of mens services and products are now available. Awesome place! Awesome people! Check it out.
Jimena Sandoval: This was the worst experience. My first red flag should have been that I called for an appointment and she asked me to just come in and wait. I am not picky about my haircuts. I don’t have a designated hairstylist. It’s just hair and it grows, but I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she didn’t even bother to take 5 minutes to look at the image and try to emulate it in any way. She took approximately 5 minutes to cut my hair. She used a machine to cut my hair about an inch at the neck and the rest of my hair is longer. After she finished the fastest haircut of my life, she said she was done and she hadn’t even cut my bangs so I asked her if she could please do it like the picture I showed her. She asked to see the picture again because she hadn’t taken more than 30 seconds to look at it the first time around. She proceeds to not even wet my roots so my bangs can lay flat on my head and she can cut them evenly. I had to fix them when I got home. I never write reviews, but this was the worst money I ever spent.
