Gentleman at the front counter came out, checked out my issue, and gave me some helpful advice. Super honest and wasn’t trying to take advantage of the situation. Great guy! Would come back to actually do work on my vehicle next time I’m in the area.

I don’t live in the area, but I needed a pre-purchase inspection done on a salvage title vehicle that I was considering purchasing that was located in Hayward. Dave was able to find photos of the original damage and as well thoroughly inspected the vehicle and gave me the information I needed to be able to make an intelligent decision about my purchase. They listened carefully to what was going on, said they could take a look and by the end of the day not only was my car driving better than it has in months, but they also repaired my trunk for me because the closing mechanism broke a few months ago. They went above and beyond, gave recommendations and clearly laid out their plan to fix my car once they diagnosed it. I definitely found my new mechanic! Thank you guys!
