5 /5 Gretchen Dawson: Overall, you get a good experience. The owners are amazing people and really do go above and beyond to make your time relaxing and worth it. I usually get the $60 pedicure package and it’s worth its value. Also, the wax they use is high quality.

4 /5 Justine Phelan: I had an appointment for myself, mother and bridesmaids 2 days before my wedding. Long story short, my nails looked terrible, that evening the gel coat that didnt cure was coming off in chunks and I was tears, as I would have to squeeze in time the next day, the day before my wedding, to have them completely re-done. I took photos and emailed the corporate office and Kimberly was so thoughtful and helpful and apologetic and has refunded me as well. She was kind and patient as I was telling her about the horrible experience and Im grateful she gave me such excellent customer service. I give 4 stars for her alone, as she was the only good part of this experience. Thank you to Kimberly. -Justine
