5 /5 Regan Seeman: I love this salon and its stylists. It is always very well kept, cleanly, and new ownership caused for an updated design. I have seen 2 different stylists in this salon over the past 6 years and loved both of them! My hair always turns out exactly as I wanted it.

1 /5 Calia: Last month I contacted Hair Haus and asked for a balayage. I was referred to Lilly. When I contacted Lilly I was instructed to send her a picture of my current hair and an inspiration photo. I asked for a natural blonde balayage and layers. She said she would be happy to do it and seemed confident in achieving my hair goals. When I got to the salon we briefly discussed what the plan was which was confusing to me because we had such a detailed conversation prior to the appointment. I found it odd that not only was another stylist helping in doing my hair but was guiding Lilly along and answering all of her questions about what to do next. Once I got to the shampooing portion of the appointment I also found it odd that Lilly had to ask other stylist what volumes of toners to use and asking to borrow other stylist product because she had none of her own. It wasn’t until I was under the dryer that I realized my hair was bleach blonde. Other than my roots my entire head of virgin hair was bleached. No highs and lows no natural blonde shade just bleached blonde hair. She cut my hair but did not put in layers and proceeded to charge me $315 for a “balayage” and a “haircut.” I was mortified once I got home and looked in the mirror. I contacted Lilly to ask her if she could fix my hair and she agreed but only if I paid her more money. I already felt overcharged for the service provided. My hair is now bleached blonde with orange tips. This was my worst experience I have ever had at a salon and I would highly recommend staying away from Lilly as my hair in no way reflects my inspiration photo and is now bleached and dead. Extremely unsatisfied. My name is Niki I am not using a fake name I do not have a google account or any social media and Lilly knows this about myself. Using a friends google account to write a review because I do not have my own is not me hiding behind my review but thank you for your assumption. Two stylist working on my hair was not the problem the problem was that Lilly had to be walked through what to do and asked questions the entire time. The other stylist even had to explain to her how to brush my hair without making me want to cry. If Lilly was more than capable of doing my hair she would have done what I asked. As a salon owner you should care a little more about the clients walking into your salon. Being charged $315 for an all over bleach I could have had my niece do at the Chico beauty college for $50 is wrong! I mentioned dying my hair my root color to cover up all of the yellow/orange she put into my hair not just dying it some random shade of brown. At the end of the day a refund is what I asked for because she charged me for a balayage and layers neither of which I got. I am in contact with the California State Board to resolve this. You don’t need to respond to my comment all you are doing is trying to make your salon and yourself look good to others reading this. 5 /5 Drew Frinsmertz: I had an awesome experience here thanks to Lily! She was very thorough in our consultation & We were able to talk into detail of what I wanted, which made me feel so much more confident in the chair. The other stylists are sweet & help eachother out if needed. The whole salon has a good vibe & the owner knows how to run a business. Lily the sweetest soul, she will always make sure you are comfortable or bring you snacks if needed! I would reccomend this place and Lily to anyone!

1 /5 Maddi Johnson: Horrible experience with Morgan Skala. It took 8 HOURS to get highlights and lowlights, and my hair turned out nothing like I wanted or what we discussed in our consultation. I walked out very blonde for a brunette, and I had wanted a richer brunette look for winter, with some highlights to blend my grays, but no more highlights than I already had. My hair initially came out orange on the top and she had to re-do it. She hardly apologized for all the trouble, and in my opinion, way over charged me, considering the mistakes and how long it took- $230. Overall poor customer service… accused me of not appreciating her work and being “demanding.” I suppose for not wanting to walk out with orange hair?? In 8 hours, I didn’t even get a full trim because I could not stay any longer. I do not recommend booking with her. She gave me a partial refund of $50 (and gaslighted me in her text back) when I expressed my concerns. While I appreciate the partial refund, I will still have to pay someone much more to fix my hair.

5 /5 Holley Estrada: Received a terrible hair cut from my normal hairdresser. April squeezed me in last minute and fixed it. She knew just what to do and cleaned it up without losing the length. She was so kind and understanding. Great at her craft!
