1 /5 Star Smith: Very disappointed. This was my first time booking an appointment here. My normal salon was full. Services here were a little more expensive, but I have an important event coming up so I took a chance. Appointment was at 4:45 pm. I showed up to the salon and my stylist was not there. I then received a text stating she was running late and if we can reschedule to 5:30pm. I wasn’t happy as I drove down from Paradise and didn’t have anywhere to go, but I agreed and did some light shopping to kill some time. I arrived back at the salon at 5:38pm to find my stylist was still not there. I texted her and let her know I was there and got no response. I waited until 5:50 pm!! I finally texted and told her I could no longer wait as I had a babysitter and had to get home. As I was leaving the stylist finally responded asking me to wait 5 more minutes. And stating she would do my hair really fast….. no ma’am, I don’t want someone rushing through my cut. This service was $150..I get better treatment at Great Clips. So unprofessional. Don’t waste your time at this salon. They clearly don’t hold their stylists to any kind of standard.
