Gia Borrero: Avoid this place. Terrible experience with this salon’s owner. I asked for a simple trim and a blowout. She cut my hair in layers that were uneven and unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home. I texted her that same day asking if I could come back in for her to fix it, but she ignored me after several texts and calls. The next day I showed up at the salon to show her my obvious uneven cut and try to schedule something in person. She was so rude, kept repeating that she didn’t have time and couldn’t see me. When I politely asked her to just take a look at the cut so that we could schedule something as soon as she had time to fix it, she accused me of having used scissors to cut it myself! Why would anyone do that?! That’s how obviously uneven the layers were. She couldn’t take responsibility for how bad the cut was and had the audacity to put blame on her customer. She was unwilling to fix her mistake. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and rude she was, so I left and had to go to another salon to have it fixed. All together, after having it fixed, I ended up spending $100 for what should have been a simple haircut and style. Also the blowout was the worst I’ve ever gotten. She started using a round brush, but gave up after 10 minutes, then used a curling iron to try to give the “blowout effect”. I guess because my hair is curly she didn’t want to put too much effort. So I left with my roots curly and frizzy and the rest partially smooth. When I got home I had to run a straightener through it to smooth out the roots. Horrible experience. I would avoid at all costs.

drae: Jamie is an excellent hairstylist; her cut is always perfect. No doubt. I have very long platinum blonde hair and she layers it in so many different ways, giving more volume and bounce, along with a chic look. I lived in Los Angeles for years and visited stylists in the Beverly Hills area, names you might recognize. Jamie’s cut is better. Problem solved! My husband is an engineer/inventor. He makes things. He knows precision when he sees it. That’s how Jamie cuts hair. Before Jamie, I would have to drag him to get his hair cut. Not anymore. He’s glad to see her because he knows she is a professional and he has great admiration for her. She also is very nice and fun to be with.
