1 /5 Jessie Gomez: I went here over a year ago, I came here to do a root touch up. My mom said "hey, I want to pay for your hair. This person that does really good male haircuts." So I agreed. My hair is blonde and the lady asured me she knew what she was doing. She quoted me $80. Let me add right here my hair was half way down my back when I got this done. Ive been blonde for 6 years. And my hair was pretty, healthy, and long. So I was there from 10am to around 4pm. The lady that did my hair over processed my hair and it started to break off. I was crying but she said its normal as I ran my fingers through my hair chuncks where falling out. She then went to tone my hair. When she was done the roots where white while the rest on my hair was a honey blonde. She then said "done". I said um my hair is 2 different colors. Then she said to me go ask the owner. And the owner took it upon her self to fix it. Well she turned my hair green. Every attempt she made, it came out greener, and greener I finally said stop! You guys dont know what your doing and you ruined my hair! I grabbed my things and walked out. I went to someone else who actually knew what they where doing and she warned me that there will be a line there once the toner washes out and that it will eventually break off there. I tried my best to not break my hair i bought a finger brush, deep conditioning treatments, to not washing my hair cuz i just didnt want more to fall off. Here i am over a year later all my hair broke off. And im basicly starting from scratch. Right now my hair is shoulder length (black). I finally got the courage to die my hair again after this nightmare. I was looking at colorist in Watsonville and they came up so I decided to leave a review so this wont happen to someone else.
