My mom and I have been going to Hailey spa and nails for at least 5 years and they don’t disappoint! We love the ladies there and the beautiful work they do!

Great prices and the experience here has always been great, relaxing and peaceful. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great pamper day and well executed nail designs!

1 /5 Sarah: Got my nails done on 08/12 and two days later they were completely popping off throughout the day. I was in town visiting from Texas. When I tried to send photos and get a refund for my nails I was hung up on twice. I have file with the police department, BBB, and also the board of cosmetology today. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

1 /5 Laura Ramon: Hi, I have been here in Tracy for a year now so I thought I would go get my nails done with my daughter. Went to Hailey Nails and the girl Tiffany is extremely rude, if she is having a bad day she will take it out on you. she rushes, she makes rude comments. They never have any new colors and they cannot do designs and she gets angry if you ask for them. My daughter got a pedicure and they rushed her out so fast for the amount of $50 for a pedicure you should not be rushed out of there. They did a terrible job and we’re extremely rude I couldn’t believe the service here. This place is a nightmare don’t go there

Jacqueline Van Vleet: I love renting my studio at this salon! Its always very clean and well-maintained. The place is beautiful and has plenty of parking, which is super convenient. I also appreciate the 24-hour security. The owner is really nice and easy to work with. There are a variety of talented artists offering different services, and everyone is so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Janette Dela Concepcion: I used to get my brows done at a very posh spot in Dublin but Ive been going to Raj for almost 10 years now. She is hands-down THE BEST in this business. She is efficient, has a great eye for shape (what compliments my face), a comfortable workand is such a genuinely pleasant person. She has always fit me in to the schedule, even when Ive needed to book within the hour. I take my mom and sister to Raj whenever theyre in town. They live very far away but will only see Raj. So they look a little overdue and overgrown when they come out this way. Lol! But I get it. RAJ IS THE BEST! I wont see anyone else either.

Natasha Bourdeaux: As I was already walking out the store due to not finding what I needed one of the ladies behind the register had an ugly/ rude look on her face and said “what are you looking for? “ This was after I had already been looking ( with no help) and I had already asked the other lady working there where to find the hair jewelry for braids. And when I asked she just pointed. I felt the negative energy right away. And I have been there before and have made a purchase in the past. The store itself looks cluttered. But it’s really about the treatment that turned me off this time. They come to America and treat Black Americans like we’re nothing. This is what starts to make some Americans racist against people from other countries that come here. Especially when we are not all raised to be racist. Be kind to others; especially when you are here making a good living from Americans supporting your business! And you are not better than Black Americans just because you’re from Africa.

I didnt take any pictures was there for late appt and to relax but the massage room was the largest Ive ever seen, nicely decorated, faux fireplace and the best part was a heated table being winter time that was a really enjoyable touch. I will definitely return finally found my local place.
