1 /5 kelsi johnson: Not what I asked for. Poor quality to say the least. Lukewarm water for pedicure, did not remove ingrown toenail. He did not file my nails after he used the drill, so the nails were lumpy and uneven. I asked for a cancer zodiac star design, and the man who did my nails completely ignored what I said and put random colorful stars everywhere. I was in the shop from 1-30pm to 4:30pm. I left and came back within 5 minutes and asked the woman to fix them. She told me to come back at 7pm but they closed at 7pm. I went to another shop, and got them completely taken off. I can honestly say this is one of the worst experiences Iāve had with a nail salonā¦. Sad to say I paid $93 but I will be attempting to get a refund. Pictures attached.
