Rob Wickens: The team at Parlour is great, I needed a last minute hair cut and they happily fit me in. The salon is clean and stylish, even brought me a nice cappuccino on a cold day. Kudos!

Abby Pickle: Shelby is the best! My favorite little lady ever! Ive been her client for years and she always listens to what I want to do with my hair. On every occasion, she delivers exactly what I want, and more! I always love it. I also get lots of people that compliment and want to know who does my hair. Not only does she do a stellar job every time, but its a joy to sit in her chair. Shes easy to talk to, and I truly have fun just hanging out with her for a few hours while she works her magic. A truly lovely, sweet, and talented lady!
Traci Meyer: First time at The Refinery. The owner is very welcoming. I had a cut in mind and Rachel was very knowledgeable about how the style would work with my hair type. She was very relaxed and confident. My hair turned out just like I had hoped-for. I will definitely be back. Im not going anywhere else.
Tyler Reign: I was super nervous to get my haircut at a salon because I usually have my dad cut it. I also was terrified that whoever cut my hair wouldn’t know how to bring out my waves. Nonetheless, I am BEYOND happy I found Tigerlily. Cori was the one to cut my hair and I have never felt more confident in my life. My hair has never been this wavy or layered. Stephanie Steerson: I’ve been on the fence on writing this review for about a month. The staff is really kind for the most part and I really want to love this place. I’ve been here many times and would see Robin who was amazing and knew my hair well. But since she moved states I have gone to 3 other hairdressers at this salon and each time I’ve been disappointed. Two times I had to go to another salon to fix it. I am writing this review today because for a month I have been hoping this haircut grows out and gets a little better but is has not. At the moment I have a thick bob on top of thin long pieces of hair like a jellyfish in a not cute way. What was supposed to be layers is not blended at all. At first I thought the hairstylist cut my hair as if it was straight but it looks even worse straight. I got this haircut to treat myself for my birthday and I am a college student and do not have another 200 dollars to spend to fix it. I’m considering just getting a friend to cut it like a pixie cut because my coworkers relentlessly make fun of me since they’ve seen it down. I’ve kept going back because they say they work with curly/wavy hair and the staff feels less judgmental then the rest of the salons in SLO. Unfortunately I do not recommend coming here if you are a new client.
Eniko Nagy: The salon has a great atmosphere and its in a very convenient location. Our family hair dresser is Sèan Levahn. I highly recommend him. I love his attention to detail, his one-on-one attention. I am completely happy with the color, cut and styling. I truly feel pampered. I bring my three children to him as well and they absolutely adore him. Thank you, Sèan.

Kara Lin: From the minute I walked into the salon; I knew I was in a special place. The atmosphere is so special from the black bricks and the plants to the pink lights. I had a conglomerate of colors in my hair. Jamie B. transformed my hair into a magical creation of chocolate, caramel and vanilla. She uses good products and achieved a bright blonde money piece without damaging my hair.
