Reaching out to them on socials to make an appointment as a new client (yes, I realize it is the "holidays"), they have stylists text you stating they can take you as a new client, even asking for detailed information from you in terms of your needs -- only to IGNORE you completely after sending very detailed information regarding an upcoming appointment. Sadly, another local DUMP in Long Beach glorified by likely fake reviews & an owner who simply excuses away their absurd wasting of clients time during an already busy season ! FAR better options in the area for your hair needs ! Explore them all before you consider this place !

5 /5 Evelyn Arreaga: Really cute modern place. Everyone is super welcoming. I was recommended a specific hairstylist Mia. I have been going to her for over a year now. Mia is a phenomenal brunette hair specialist, she does color correction, balayage, one hair color / grey roots and so much more. Mia is super down to earth and def loves what she does. You can tell and feel it as she’s taking care of you. Definitely recommend her. There is plenty of street parking. They take card and cash. From my understanding bookings are by appointment only.

5 /5 Brianna Tarkington: Glass House Hair Studio is not only beautiful, but it is very welcoming! Everyone is kind and courteous. I highly recommend Alicia as well. She did such an amazing job on my hair and listened to my wants, but also had such an eye for what she recommended as well for my face shape and style. I highly recommend this hair salon!

5 /5 Emma Portillo: Had the best experience here with Mia nailing it with knowing what I wanted and being able to achieve it! The ambiance of the hair salon also deserves a mention — so cozy and conducive to a relaxing pampering. Can’t wait to be back!
