I took our RAV4 in for them to check the brakes. Mark called and told me that both front and rear needed to be replaced and he was able to schedule me the next day. The repairs were done quickly and professionally, and my car is running better than ever. They even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still going smoothly. Both Mark and Mitch are very knowledgeable and friendly. Recently my truck had brake system issues and Mark was very thorough about solving the problem and test driving until he was absolutely sure the problem was solved.
