Valencia G: So let’s get into this. For starters this is a CHOP SHOP! I’ve come here quite a few times and I thought all was good! Until recently I went to get a soak off from a different nail tech. When she began to take off the acrylic it was slimy! That is a big No No in the nail world! This means instead of paying for legal and good monomer they use the illegal monomer. As well as the sanitary issue. The prices were amazing but you’re risking your health! Definitely will not be back. I will be reporting this salon as well. If you value your nails and your health go elsewhere!
LINDA FERNANDEZ: I have been going to Elegant Nails for quite a few years now. In all this time, I have received excellent service from the staff. Jasmine, Maggie, and Kim are all awesome. For a few months I have my pedicures done by Kyle, and he is excellent. The salon is always exceptionally clean and tidy, which is so important to clients. I highly recommend Elegant Nails! Kyle, Kim, and Maggie are all awesome!

Katielee N: I will never step foot in another nail salon! This is by far the best nail salon ive gone too. I went on a year long search looking for the best pedicure salon. I am a waitress, work two jobs, single mom, so my feet hurt! This has been my go to salon for the last 9months and EVERY single time, they do an amazing job! Viviane is amazing!

Donna C: I waited about 40 minutes to get my nails done. Only one person was doing nails and the rest pedicures. Didnt like the atmosphere, it was so quiet. I told her what I wanted and she kind of just went ahead and did her own thing. I had asked for an ombre... I still tipped because the job was decent. I just wouldnt go there anymore. I also noticed that they didnt sanitize their tools after each use.
Elizabeth Perez: I will never go to this place again I asked for a full set he didnt finish anything the job he finished is horrendous he was trying to charge me $90 he ended up charging me $70. I will call and make sure that this transaction does not go thru with my bank
natasha king: The customer service here is not great. I booked an appointment for nails and arrived 15 min early.I was sat for a pedicure first and when it came time to do my nails Sonny wouldn’t do any of the styles I wanted on my nails because he had another appointment coming. I had no other choice but to get a basic French tip because he kept saying he didn’t know how to do anything else and if I wanted a design I should of booked saying I wanted a design (mind you I was there 15 min early and the next appointment was 2 hours later) if he would of sat me when I scheduled I could of gotten the style I wanted for my birthday trip. He also didn’t put any of my gem on to decorate my nails at least a bit his response was “we don’t work for free just because you bring your own gem” I never expected for it to be cheaper. I just had a specific style I wanted and was almost certain no nail salon would have had the needed gems
Blanca Morales: Great Service. I Only Come In On Appointment or If I Have Emergency Such As Chipped Nail. My Nails Are Real & Only Get Acrylic Powder.. Nails Are Always Done Beautifully & The Results Are Stunning! Thank You Rachel!!
