5 /5 Judy Mollasgo: Dr. Francisco Martinez has been my moms attending physician in Sharp hospital.He is awesome,very approachable and he listens to all my concerns about my moms health problem.So I decided to make him as the primary physician of my mom and me.The very first time we went to Dr. Martinez office, I was so impressed of the customer service that I experience with Norma the front desk person and the medical assistant Mitch who showed a very caring approach to my mom and also she helped me remind Dr.Martinez of the very important paper works that I submitted to them.Most especially Nikki, she was an amazing lady, she was so friendly,knowledgeable and very accomodating.When I asked her a favor to help me with the ihss and some other paper works, she guided me in a very Professional manner and submitted the paperworks on time.Above alI,I want to thank Dr.Martinez from the bottom of my heart for patiently filling up tons of forms.With my experience I give Dr.Martinez and his staff 50 stars customer service.keep up the good work.Good job.Thank you so much...
