The Nail House - Fair Oaks Manuella Oliveira: I went here to get my nails done for my wedding and they treated us HORRIBLY. They asked me how old I was and commented that I was too young to get married. My mother was there and they were also questioning her as to why I’d be getting married so young. The same ladies who made those comments began covering their mouths and whispering in each other’s ear right in front of me and my bridesmaid while doing our pedicure. They scrubbed my toe so hard that it hurt when I got home and also left a scar. They also pressured us to get a more expensive pedicure even after we had said no. When I moved on to get my hands done, I asked for more glitter on my nails and the lady simply ignored me and said “I do it like the picture.” They can have whatever opinions they want, but openly judging us and whispering to each other right in front of us is extremely unprofessional, unnecessary and blatantly rude. Ruined my day. Worst treatment I’ve ever gotten at a nail salon. I was very upset and disappointed when I left. Don’t go here for your special days, I am 100% you can find a better quality salon with actual professionals who know how to treat costumers.
