This guy is is a rip-off!

    Cheryl Mathison: After a tow truck couldn’t start my van, I attempted to remove the battery myself. . . . A few hours later I found Jay’s mobile service. I appreciated Jay’s knowledge, good humor, and quick response. It’s amazing how quickly he got the old battery out (he had the right tools!) a new one delivered to his shop for easy pick up, and installation of the fresh battery. The reasonable service fee was well worth the energy and frustration he saved me. I am glad I found Jay and will be keeping him in mind next time I need to have a vehicle serviced.

He has always diagnosed the issues and suggested which items needed urgency vs those that could be deferred a bit longer. He and his team have also reviewed cars I was thinking of buying with a pre-purchase inspection and has waived me off some nice cars (in my mind) for what they were in terms of maintenance and reliability (not the best). Highly recommended team!!

I bought a spare tire from then and they even went out of their way to help me straighten up my car after a minor accident that i had earlier that day...and they did it for free! She really cares, more than I could ever say about every mechanic I’ve dealt with in my life. They fix what you ask to get fixed. No “well this, well that”. She will suggest but not push the issue and I love that. The pricing is flat out fair compared to other shops. Honesty and integrity is the vibe of this place. Best of all? I went to get my breaks fixed/replaced and wow. My breaks feel AMAZING! Incredible job! I’ve always heard great things about this shop and it’s true, they are the best and I will NEVER go to any other auto shop for as long as I live. They are wonderful from start to finish. Honest and good craftsmanship and wonderful customer service is what really sold me. Thank you!
