1 /5 Wayley Star: Doesnt feel right with the leading pastor Amy. She cared her own BUSINESS more than mine. It feels like she ran the church as a business instead of a real caring for the community. Some other people seemed kind, but most of them are old long-term visitors and hardly feel integrate the community

5 /5 Caroline Wang: It is lucky for me to have the chance to perform with a Choir in this famous church with long history. Very sacred and beautiful place to sing the song for Glory of the God and I really enjoy it.

1 /5 Making Housing and Community Happen: Yesterday, the youth at our church, First United Methodist in Pasadena, came out and painted anti-graffiti paint on the mural that are nonprofit commissioned to depict the history of the Once thriving African-American Business district on North fair Oaks. Was a joy to see them work so hard and have fun. I love this church. I felt very loved and supported in our housing justice work we do. People are genuine and real and totally committed to serving the community and beautiful ways. Pastor Amy really understands grace and how to love and fully accept people. We are all on a journey to follow the command that the Apostle Paul in the Bible gave us to accept one another even as Christ has accepted us. I feel that in this church.

5 /5 Dave Lohr: Ive attended this church for 59 years, and I love the mix of lifelong friends Ive made here as well new members who have become good friends. The services leans toward a more progressive theology which is a good fit for so many in our community. Plenty of young families as well as many seniors. The building is gorgeous, the ministers are knowledgeable and warm. And the amazing pipe organ and stained glass windows must be seen (and heard) to be appreciated. The church is so much more than a building, its a home for a community filled with caring individuals. If youre in the area I hope youll come worship with us.

5 /5 Doris Lim: Love the interior decor of the church. They have amazing Organ and colorful stained glass. The ceiling is so pretty. The acoustic is wonderful. Even though it doesnt have air-conditioning, but its wonderful architecture!
