  • What Clients Are Saying about Faith Center Church (on GG)
5 /5 Marian Barnes: I listen to Pastor Melissa Scott, M-Thurs., every week for the past 1-1/2 years. I have never heard the Bible taught the way she teaches. God has given her the gift of teaching. I think of her church, Faith Center, as the University of Faith and she, Melissa Scott, as my Professor.
1 /5 Curt Tabor: Attended 35 years ago and ignorantly began financial support of Dr. Scotts efforts to preach the gospel. I watched live as Faith Center owned KHOF went off the air for due to the fact that teaching was constantly held up on live TV until set amounts of money were donated from the audience before teaching would continue. KHOF was a UHF band broadcast TV station in Los Angeles. The FCC ended it. 2 weeks ago I discovered their social media stream, which is running 24/7 with a constant message of how important giving is as means to exercise faith and how dangerous backsliding can be. There are promises of meatier messages at the facility, along with reminders of giving where you are being taught. None of the chat participants knew proper English and I let them know how obvious that was. After making adjustments and rebuilding their chat log several times over several days, the chat window still confirmed the obvious. Access to services at this facility are by phone reservation only which is no surprise. Stay away from Faith Center.
1 /5 Topher Peterson: Cult-like place with many cameras and security guards that swarm anyone passing on the sidewalk.
5 /5 VideoGirl777: If you want to learn about God, Jesus Christ, and the Bible, then come and see. Pastor Scott’s teaching’s are straight out of God’s word which are all encouraging, thoughtful and edifying. Her teaching has inspired me to study more, but more importantly has helped me develop a closer relationship with God and Jesus. It’s all I ever wanted.
3 /5 Jeremy McKinney: A very controversial assembly. It’s sad they won’t let people walk the grounds. That’s kind of a backwards mentality and perhaps that’s a symptom of why they had to discontinue their television ministry. Heck, even the Mormons even invite non Mormons to walk their temple grounds, what they consider to be their most sacred space. My church also has security, but they’re in the shadows and not stalking folks. As for the Scott’s: They’re so intelligent that they’re weird. Perhaps too much for their own good. Doc used to draw a crowd with his unorthodox style of preaching. A lot of good nuggets of truth though. “Kill some Pissants for Jesus” is pretty cool though LOL.
