1 /5 Sarah Beale: So so so incredibly disappointed. I’ve been coming here for over four years now and have always appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude. However, my experience today was AWFUL and I will not be returning. They not only raised their prices, but their quality in work has gone down and is taking longer. I spent two hours and $67 for very short, square (asked for coffin), and unevenly painted acrylic nails (she messed up and had to do a third coat on one hand but didn’t do the other to match so one hand looks much darker than the other). I would have gone in and complained that I didn’t like my nails but was in fear they would charge me another $15-$30 for the redo and was just completely over it by the time I left, which was over two hours after arriving. So disappointing because these were supposed to be my vacation nails and now I have to figure out how to fix them before I leave!! Wasted time and money.
