I showed up 5 mins early and the lady sitting at the front desk greeted me and I told her I made an appt with Syn for a haircut at 2, and she said she’d be out soon. I could hear people in the back talking so I assumed she was finishing someone up, and would come out soon. 30 mins later and I had never even spoken to the stylist I had the appointment with. The lady who greeted me never said anything to me again either. I waited almost an hour before I finally left, upset because I really needed a cut before I left town. Luckily I found a salon willing to take me right away on a Saturday so I could get it done before I left. It was just weird and rude.

ray ray: Been going here for a long time. And its sad to say that only one person there knows how to properly cut your hair. If you go here ask for David. I went there 30min before closing(plenty of time to get a decent haircut)and one of the lady rushed to finish my hair. Sadly both sides of my hair are uneven. Unfortunately I will not be going back there anymore.
