1 /5 Jessica Ramey: I am not the type to leave reviews even if I had a bad experience somewhere, but I am very aggravated. This place is extremely overpriced for bare minimum service, I had an appointment for a full set of lashes, The lady was running late which was fine. Once she arrived we started mapping out the lashes. My appointment was at 10am, she finished ONE eye at 3:00. I had a headache from laying down for so long. Im not an expert but it shouldnt take 5-6 hours to complete ONE eye unless youre a newbie. She told me shes been doing lashes for 2 years. Shes clearly in the wrong department. I ended up asking her to dissolve the lashes so I can leave. I was so disappointed. I requested a day off from work so I can get my lashes done. I work full time and Im always busy. She then asked if I can come back tomorrow to finish the other eye. Horrible experience. I walked out with residue on my eyelashes. I will be calling to file a complaint. Dont get your lashes done here.
