Helen Lee: I was referred here by my friend because Mell is an artist with hair coloring and styling. I got my hair colored cut and styled. My hair is so shiny and the color came out beautifully. I definitely recommend coming to Mell for your best hair care. Mell’s is right next door to Juice Stop. Parking is easy. Mell makes you feel at home. I’m looking forward to coming back and getting highlights.

I waited to wash my hair for 4 days after just to make sure it set. The first time I washed my hair the color changed to a hot pink. Now 2 weeks later my hair is strawberry blond. I am not happy.

Not only did she do my makeup flawlessly, she was such a sweet girl and I had such a fun time getting my makeup done. She asked me how I liked my makeup done and did exactly that. Would definitely recommend going to Stella for any events!! Ive also come in the past to get my hair done by Mel. Shes done an amazing job every single time. The quality of work at this salon is great, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spot!

Its a basic expectation for honesty and transparency. A simple apology for a mistake like double booking, would have sufficed. Fortunately, the substitute specialist, Anna, was both sweet and professional, saving the experience. However, this credit goes solely to her, as the salons management seemed disconnected from the situation. Furthermore, salons should prioritize creating a relaxing atmosphere for their customers. Blaringly loud music is not conducive to this environment. Also paying with a card was nerve-wracking with an extra charge on top of all this. A more professional approach to service provision, particularly for newcomers, is necessary.
