1 /5 Leena Sbeiti: I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. Can barely do the most simple up do. Very unprofessional and entitled while they don’t even know what clean and professional looks like. When you ask them to fix something because you aren’t fully happy they scold you and embarrass you for saying a little concern. Me and my friends booked for a wedding and unfortunately they were the only place open on a Sunday. We came out of town so we aren’t sure of any other local small businesses but next time I for sure will book through an Instagram page because this is a very unprofessional and unpleasant place to be in. They charged my friends card an extra $30 hours after we left, that is illegal to do and charge my card with out me knowing or discussing.

Brooke Shackelford: I went in for a hair cut. First red flag should been during the hair wash when they tangled the hell out of my fine hair. After talking with the stylists about how dry my hair has been lately, I decided to treat myself to a Brazilian blowout. Worst decision ever. For reference my hair is curly. I SPECIFICALLY asked if it was keep my hair straight and one of the stylists responded with “oh no! a lot of people think that but it will actually help your ringlets with the frizz and tangles.” Fast forward, I leave the salon - hair not really “blown out” just straightened. After a few weeks of washing my hair and my curls being absolutely gone, I called and told the stylists. All they offered was “a wash with a sulfate shampoo” even though I’m already doing that & said my curls would be back in a month. Well it’s been over a month and my curls are completely gone. Needless to say I’m angry. It took me a long time to love my curls and I DO love them. Save yourself the overpriced service and save your hair. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. After looking more ive seen reviews saying half of them are from their own stylists or friends. Scam artists. Photo is from day of. COLOR WAS NOT DONE BY THEM!!!!! dont want them to have the credit for it

Since moving to SoCal, I have struggled to find a salon with great service and a comfortable atmosphere but I feel like I finally found my spot with Crook and Co. Jessica was warm and friendly and offered a selection of drinks upon arrival. She really listened to what I was looking for and included me in the process. She was happy to tweak the cut a few times and I love the way she styled it at the end. After a wash it still styled well and I’m very happy with the result. The salon space is so cute and being greeted by Gary the dog at the door was just a cherry on top. Highly recommend Jessica and Crook and Co!

Went back a week later to have it cut, I would have preferred a more masculine style but she blew out the curl and gave me a little old lady helmet head but when I got home and washed it out the cut was great and it lays just fine with a little bit of gel.

He helped me figure out what I wanted. Had my hair done with purple streaks. I really wasnt sure exactly what I wanted him to do. He showed me some picture examples and I chose one. We then figured out the hue of purple. I let him take over and tone it down. I told him to have free run with my hair and how the streaks were put in. I almost cried at the finished result! I LOVE IT! I love this place! I have never been happier with a stylist and how my hair turned out.
