1 /5 Jesse Hernandez: Elvira was very disrespectful. Were simply trying to get a check up an do to no history in the clinic she told me to go to my ordinary clinic cause the doctor wasnt there. Which is the reason I was calling. She didnt provide an option for a later day. Mo option in times. She seemed to just want to get me off the phone. Very very bad customer service skills. Clinic is better of hiring Freelancers at this rate. Your loosing customers.

Kevin Freiermuth: Was very attentive to my pain which is why I came into E.R with extreme pain spending 8 hours in ER with no ER emergency calls coming in my wife and myself endured 8 hrs of over diagnosis.pain control and management is what I needed. 8 hrs with no diagnosis except pain medicine. No notification of my insurance acceptance until C.Scan and X Rays . Have been two 2 ergent care visits diagnosis and drugs perscribed. No better.Saw a new Dr and in our discussion he leaned towards human parvo B19 minor expense WHS miss diagnos very ,very expensive I only needed to have my pain controlled and managed Diagnosis missed by 3 Doctors only 1 knew symptoms. 23,000 dollars later you tell me my insurance may not cover services if I knew that .just calm and manage pain and let me walk without this huge bii I dont know how I can pay.

Tina Terry: I dont even want to give a star at this point.... Sat with my child after working an 8 hour shift for 2 hours!!!! Unacceptable! Among all the other children sitting in office. Scheduled my appointment for 330 was left a voicemail to come at 230 and by 4 pm still not seen!!! Then to be told they had my scheduled at 345! Um no Im not stupid I know what time my appointment was and it was 330! I have never been treated si rudely nor have I ever sat in a drs office for so long!!! But they want to charge you if you are 5 min late! Really backwards if you ask me! I should charge them for wasting my time... I have things to do besides sit in a disruptive dr ok office for 2 hours!!! Very unsatisfied! I guess you have to be Mexican to be treated with respect... I was treated as if I was lying this place is a joke!

Mercari Selling: Just the worst. They won’t solve any of your problems and will just give you the runaround. They say they send referrals when they don’t. You’ll show up to the place they told you to go to and they’ll say they have no record of anything from this place and to go back to them yet again for another referral. They’ve seen our kid 10 times for the same ongoing issue and haven’t been able to do a single thing about it after almost two years. They don’t know what they’re doing, don’t do what they say they will, and won’t solve your problem even if you come in a dozen times and get referred all over town. Avoid this place and go somewhere else if you can.

Rocio Fuentes: I feel Dr. Martinez has taken advantage of the fact that hes one of the only latino doctors in the Watsonville area. He knows the latino community will trust him with eyes closed. He overbooks, causing you to wait up to two hours after your SCHEDULED appointment to be seen. And once he does make it to your room, hes in and out in minutes. Who has that kind of time for such an impersonal experience? My family has trusted him for many years. Once my parents started having health problems I started assisting their appointments and he did NOT like me asking questions. He was rude even. Millenials are catching onto you, Dr. Martinez.
