At the pre-surgery meeting, Dr. Ward went through all my questions carefully with respect and care given me even more confidence about the upcoming procedure and how to maximize my recovery success. 5 /5 Sara Peterson: Six months ago, Dr. Ward did a revision on my right knee which had been replaced almost 20 years ago. The original prosthetic had displaced almost 15 years ago, making my knee very unstable. I am now walking better than I have in at least 10 years. Dr. Ward is an exceptional surgeon and a very caring doctor. His team is first rate and very responsive. I only wish I had connected with him earlier. Thank you, thank you!

5 /5 Anne Asperger: I am thrilled with the service of all Dr. Wards staff and Dr. Ward. I have had him replace both my left knee (8/22/22) & my right knee (1/30/23). I am just one month out from my second surgery and am already able to walk without the use of a cane & am able to get in over 100,000 steps a week between walking on the running machine & using the crosstrainer & bike.

brooke williams: I had a dental cleaning scheduled and they refuse to do cleaning or exam because I chose not to do x-rays because I’m pregnant. They wanted me to contact my old dental office to receive x-rays and I have to reschedule. So I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes when nobody said anything about this until I got into the room with the doctor. The people in front have no idea what’s going on. The dental assistant or hygienist wanted me to sign a form that I am refusing x-rays when I had no treatment done. You cannot make people take x-rays when they are pregnant!!!!

Tony Cutler: I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon for about 11 years. Throughout this time he has proven to be an excellent primary care physician. He will recommend tests that may be an inconvenience but I always complete them knowing that he has my best interests at heart. The most important aspect in the relationship is that I have developed a trust that allows me to approach him with any problem I may have. Good doctors are hard to find and I definitely plan to continue seeing Dr. Gordon.

Jacq JACQ: Dr. Palfy and Karen are the best! We have twin boys and are first time parents. We call for any concerns and theyre always responsive and attentive. Couldnt ask for a better team for our boys. When they were first born and we had to do the nicu, Dr. Palfy was there multiple times just checking in on them and keeping discussions open with the nicu team and hospital pediatrician. Cannot say enough positive things about them.

Wendy Smith: He is one of the nastiest people I have ever met last summer. I went in there in excruciating agony and all all I wanted was an x-ray or something to tell me what was wrong with my back and my leg and he said well I’m not gonna get you an unnecessary test just so that you can go on vacation, i had a job waiting for me overseas with the state department it was not a vacation but he chose to talk to me with disrespect. He told me the pain usually goes goes away and to come back in four months. I saw another doctor and it turned out. I had a cyst, pressing on on lumbar nerves four and five I could barely stand on my leg. It was excruciating about a month later I had surgery to remove it, but if I were you, I would stay away from this guy He does not follow the Hippocratic oath physician, do no harm
